Welcome to OpenVoiceCoin. By accessing or using any services, content, tokens, smart contracts, websites, APIs, or applications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by the OpenVoice Coin project (“OpenVoice”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Purpose of OpenVoiceCoin

OpenVoice Coin ($OPENVC) is a decentralized ERC-20 utility token designed to empower independent journalism, whistleblower protection, and freedom of speech through blockchain-based funding and governance mechanisms.

It serves multiple core purposes:

  • Funding independent content creators and journalistic projects through transparent smart contract flows;

  • Granting token holders the right to vote on project grants and platform governance decisions;

  • Enabling value transfer and utility within the OpenVoice ecosystem;

  • Encouraging long-term sustainability through slow-release tokenomics.

2. Use of the Services

By using the OpenVoice Coin platform or holding $OPENVC tokens, you acknowledge that:

  • $OPENVC has no inherent monetary value and does not represent ownership in any company or legal entity;

  • Tokens are intended solely for use within the OpenVoice ecosystem;

  • You assume full responsibility for your wallet security, private keys, and token transactions;

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Blockchain Infrastructure

OpenVoice Coin is built on the Ethereum blockchain and utilizes smart contracts to ensure transparent, immutable, and permissionless operation. All token transactions and governance interactions are recorded on-chain.

We do not control or operate the Ethereum blockchain and are not liable for any failures or vulnerabilities of the underlying protocol.

4. Tokenomics

Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 $OPENVC
Initial Distribution: Presale followed by listing on centralized exchanges (CEX).
Release Mechanism:

  • 4 million tokens per year will be distributed through the OpenVoice treasury;

  • Distribution is expected to occur over 100+ years to ensure sustainable funding for future generations of independent voices.

Tokenomics are fully auditable via the published smart contract and treasury address.

5. Governance

OpenVoice Coin is governed by a decentralized autonomous model. $OPENVC holders may participate in voting processes that determine:

  • Allocation of community funds;

  • Approval of grants for journalism and free speech initiatives;

  • Direction of development and partnerships.

Votes are executed transparently through smart contracts using token-weighted mechanisms. Participation is voluntary.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile, and the market price of $OPENVC may fluctuate unpredictably;

  • You may lose the entire value of your holdings;

  • OpenVoice does not guarantee liquidity, returns, or future availability of services;

  • You should consult legal, financial, or tax professionals before participating.
